1. Acceptance of Terms / การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

By accessing or using AsiaBooking.asia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services / บริการ

AsiaBooking.asia is a transport booking platform that connects travelers with ferry, bus, speed boat, and van operators across Thailand and Southeast Asia. We act as an intermediary — the transport service is provided by the operator, not by us.

AsiaBooking.asia เป็นแพลตฟอร์มจองตั๋วเดินทางที่เชื่อมต่อผู้เดินทางกับผู้ให้บริการเรือเฟอร์รี่ รถบัส เรือสปีดโบ๊ท และรถตู้ทั่วประเทศไทยและเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เราทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวกลาง — บริการขนส่งดำเนินการโดยผู้ประกอบการ ไม่ใช่โดยเรา

3. Account Registration / การสมัครบัญชี
  • You may register using email/password or sign in with Google, Facebook, or LINE.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

คุณสามารถสมัครด้วยอีเมล/รหัสผ่าน หรือเข้าสู่ระบบด้วย Google, Facebook หรือ LINE คุณมีหน้าที่รักษาความลับของข้อมูลบัญชี และต้องให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน

4. Bookings & Payments / การจองและการชำระเงิน
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the transport operator.
  • Prices are displayed in the selected currency and may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Payment is processed through our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your credit card information.
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.

5. Cancellation & Refunds / การยกเลิกและการคืนเงิน
  • Cancellation and refund policies vary by transport operator.
  • Please review the operator's cancellation policy before completing your booking.
  • Refund processing times depend on the operator and your payment method (typically 5–14 business days).
  • Non-refundable tickets will be clearly marked at the time of booking.

นโยบายการยกเลิกและการคืนเงินแตกต่างกันตามผู้ประกอบการ กรุณาตรวจสอบนโยบายการยกเลิกก่อนทำการจอง ระยะเวลาคืนเงินขึ้นอยู่กับผู้ประกอบการและวิธีการชำระเงิน (โดยทั่วไป 5–14 วันทำการ)

6. Travel Documents / เอกสารการเดินทาง

Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID card) as required by the destination. AsiaBooking.asia is not responsible for denied boarding due to insufficient documentation.

7. Limitation of Liability / ข้อจำกัดความรับผิดชอบ

AsiaBooking.asia acts as a booking platform and is not the transport service provider. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes by the transport operator
  • Loss of luggage or personal belongings
  • Personal injury during transit
  • Service quality of the transport operator

AsiaBooking.asia ทำหน้าที่เป็นแพลตฟอร์มจอง ไม่ใช่ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความล่าช้า การยกเลิก การเปลี่ยนแปลงตารางเดินทาง การสูญหายของสัมภาระ การบาดเจ็บ หรือคุณภาพบริการของผู้ประกอบการ

8. Prohibited Activities / กิจกรรมที่ห้าม

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell tickets purchased through our platform without authorization
  • Use automated tools to scrape or access our services
9. Modifications / การแก้ไขข้อกำหนด

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
